How do I return the order?

You are able to return the product within the first 30 days after your purchase. You may contact us for any returns or refunds with fully-described reason of that occurrence.

Do you offer order exchanges?

We don’t practice exchanges. In case you are not satisfied with your new product, you may launch a return action and then purchase a new product, rather than exchange.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

The moment you place the order, our system process it automatically. For that reason, we are not able to cancel your order but you can return the product afterward.

I received a defective product. How do I return it?
